These terms cover BAGGY BEATBOX, the iPhone game by Baggy Sweats. BAGGY BEATBOX is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms add what is particular to BAGGY BEATBOX. By playing, you agree to both.

The game

BAGGY BEATBOX is a game for iPhone. There are no accounts and no advertising. Without a subscription you can play one free ENDLESS BEATS run and one free RANDOM BEATS run every day. Each game's free run is its own: playing one never uses up the other. A free run is used when it starts, unused runs do not carry over, and new ones are ready after midnight where you are.

Subscription

Unlimited runs, every game, every bonus and every new game or bonus we add are part of the BAGGY BEATBOX Unlimited subscription: MONTHLY at $1.99 a month or YEARLY at $9.99 a year (US prices; your local price is shown in the app before you confirm).

Free trial. If your Apple Account is eligible, the subscription starts with a 3-day free trial with everything unlocked. The trial begins when you choose a plan and confirm it with Apple — not when you download or open BAGGY BEATBOX, and not when you play your free daily run. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose begins automatically and your Apple Account is charged its price. Apple offers one free trial per Apple Account.

Renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current period. Payment is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple Account.

Cancelling. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings, or from Settings → MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION in BAGGY BEATBOX. After cancelling, the subscription stays active until the end of the trial or the period already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

When it ends. Your scores and progress are kept, and BAGGY BEATBOX goes back to one free run of each game a day.

Restoring. On a new phone, or after reinstalling, tap RESTORE PURCHASES on the subscription screen or in Settings while signed in to the same Apple Account.

Using it

You may play BAGGY BEATBOX for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its artwork, sounds or text.

Playing safely

Some special events change the screen's brightness quickly. If you are sensitive to flashing, turn on Settings → REDUCE FLASHES before playing. Please take breaks.

Ownership

The game, its artwork, its sounds and its name belong to Baggy Sweats.

No warranty

BAGGY BEATBOX is provided as it is. We work to make it fair and fun, but we cannot promise it will be free of bugs or always available.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change to a subscription price is always confirmed with you by Apple before it applies.
