No sound?
Check Settings → SOUND is on and your volume is up. BAGGY BEATBOX plays even with the ring/silent switch on silent.
How does the free version work?
Without a subscription you get one free ENDLESS BEATS run and one free RANDOM BEATS run every day. Each game's free run is used as soon as that run starts, unused runs do not carry over, and new ones are ready after midnight where you are. Settings → YOUR PLAN shows whether each of today's runs is ready.
What does BAGGY BEATBOX Unlimited include?
Unlimited runs, every game, every bonus, and every new game or bonus as it arrives. It is $1.99 a month or $9.99 a year (US prices), and eligible new subscribers start with a 3-day free trial. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends.
How do I cancel?
In BAGGY BEATBOX, Settings → MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION, or in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple Account → Subscriptions. You keep everything until the end of the trial or the period already paid for.
I subscribed but it still says FREE
Open Settings → RESTORE PURCHASES while signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with. This is also how you bring your subscription to a new iPhone. If a purchase is waiting for Ask to Buy approval, BAGGY BEATBOX unlocks as soon as it is approved.
Can I get a refund?
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
