The short version: BAGGY BEATBOX collects nothing about you and sends nothing anywhere.

What we collect

Nothing. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no Game Center. The app does not use the microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos, motion sensors or notifications, and it contains no network code at all.

What stays on your phone

Your progress (your best score, best round and streak, how many sessions you have played, whether you have done the first-run lesson, and which parts of the boombox and special events you have met) and your settings are saved inside the app's own private storage and never transmitted. Reset your scores any time from Settings → RESET BEST SCORE. Deleting the app removes everything.

Subscription and purchases

BAGGY BEATBOX offers an optional subscription. Choosing a plan, the free trial, payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are all handled by Apple through the App Store, under your Apple Account and Apple's privacy policy. We never see or store your name, email address or payment details. The app only asks Apple, on your phone, whether a BAGGY BEATBOX subscription is currently active. To give you one free run of each game a day, the app remembers on your phone the date each game's last free run started; that date is never sent anywhere.

Children

BAGGY BEATBOX is suitable for all ages. It collects nothing and has no advertising, no chat, no user-generated content and no links to social networks. Its subscription can only be bought through Apple's own purchase screen, which respects the Ask to Buy and Screen Time settings on the phone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
